Preface

AGAP Qualité is an association created with the aim of promoting the proper use of applied geophysical methods in terms of the quality of the service provided to the customer. AGAP Qualité brings together contractors, geophysical service providers, equipment manufacturers and scientists.

AGAP Qualité organizes scientific events called: the Scientific AGAP days.

The Scientific 14th AGAP Days, from March 22 to 24, 2022 at Espace Léonard in Paris, bring together players from the professional world and research in applied geophysics.

A live webinar format is also offered to promote access to as many people as possible.

They include 4 presentation sessions, all preceded by a conference.

Session 1. Geophysical methods applied to geotechnical engineering
At the opening of the session, Maria Elena PARISI presents the Lyon Turin tunnel project.
Session 2. Environmental geophysics
Pierre THOMAS, Emeritus Professor of Geology at ENS Lyon, gives a lecture on the Anthropocene.
Session 3. Acoustic and seismic
Florent BRINGUIER gives a lecture on passive seismic. He presents both the basic elements and the advances of this technique.
Session 4. Seismotectonic
Jean-François RITZ gives a lecture on the contribution of paleoseismology to the description of earthquakes: example of the earthquake that shook "Le Teil" on November 11, 2019.
